$180/hr (excl. GST) is the whole story, with no call-out fee anywhere in metro Sydney and no travel surcharge. The invoice lands the same day the job is done.
Remote first, on-site when it counts
Most faults are sorted remotely before you have finished your coffee. When hands-on work is needed — a CBD tower office, a Parramatta warehouse, a North Shore practice — we come to you at no extra cost within metro Sydney.
Cancel any time
Book a single fix or sign up for ongoing managed IT; either way it runs month-to-month. We do not chase clients with contracts, we keep them by doing good work.
Where we work
On-site support covers the whole Sydney metro area: the CBD, North Sydney and the North Shore, Parramatta and Western Sydney, the Macquarie Park tech corridor, and south to the Sutherland Shire. There is no call-out fee anywhere in that footprint, and remote support reaches anywhere in Australia beyond it.
