One person, start to finish
Every call goes to Aaron, the person who diagnoses the fault and fixes it. There is no offshore helpdesk, no ticket number, and no explaining your problem three times.
One rate, published
$180/hr (excl. GST) is the whole story, with a one-hour minimum and 30-minute increments after that, no call-out fee anywhere in metro Sydney and no travel surcharge. The invoice lands the same day the job is done.
Remote first, on-site when it counts
Most faults are sorted remotely before you have finished your coffee. When hands-on work is needed — a CBD tower office, a Parramatta warehouse, a North Shore practice — we come to you at no extra cost within metro Sydney.
Nothing to sign
Book a single fix or move to ongoing managed IT support Sydney small businesses rely on; either way it runs month-to-month. We do not chase clients with contracts, we keep them by doing good work.
Where we turn up
On-site support covers the whole Sydney metro area: the CBD, North Sydney and the North Shore, Parramatta and Western Sydney, the Macquarie Park tech corridor, and south to the Sutherland Shire. There is no call-out fee anywhere in that footprint, and remote support reaches anywhere in Australia beyond it.
